The story behind this game is that my iPhone got damaged, requiring me to revert back to an old phone. Suddenly I knew the iPhone was missing something and the idea for a accurate Snake remake was born.
Snake 97 is an homage to the classic mobile phone game programmed in 1997.
By carefully analyzing the classic gameplay, timing and controls, this Snake 97 remake is one of the most accurate available.

One thing that would make this game more fun is to add Game Center achievements.
fun and simple, easy controls and no lagging or ads!! Perfect for killing a few minutes!

Why has ios6 been abandoned? On ios6 i havent even the iphone5 support...
This is so awesome. It is exactly like the old nokia version. Great job with this!
I love this game dearly, especially since it brings back the good memories of playing classic Snake on the nokia phones. This beats all the other classic snake games out in the App Store.
Im all about classic but a number pad and bad graphics? Not worth downloading.
It gets borring after a while so not that good just like the old one which was fun for a couple of games but borring.
